MOOV BOX offers new and used shipping containers in various sizes and configurations.

  • Due to the nature of used containers, cosmetic differences such as dents, scratches, or signs of wear may be present.

  • Availability is subject to change without notice.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice.

  • Delivery fees are not included unless explicitly specified.

  • MOOV BOX reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

5. Orders

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.

7. Delivery

7.2 Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer must ensure adequate space and proper ground conditions for container placement.

  • Any additional costs due to failed delivery attempts or site inaccessibility will be charged to the customer.

8. Transfer of Risk and Ownership

  • Ownership of the product transfers to the customer upon full payment.

  • Risk transfers upon delivery of the container to the customer’s specified location.

9. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

Due to the nature of the products (large, customized, and logistical constraints), all sales are final.

  • No returns or refunds are accepted once the order has been confirmed and processed.

  • Exceptions may apply in cases of proven defects or errors attributable to MOOV BOX.

10. Inspection and Acceptance

  • Customers must inspect the container upon delivery.

  • Any issues or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos).

  • Failure to report within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the product.

11. Warranty

  • Used containers are sold “as is”, unless otherwise specified.

  • New containers may include a limited warranty, depending on the supplier.

  • MOOV BOX does not guarantee suitability for any specific use beyond standard shipping/storage purposes.

12. Liability

MOOV BOX shall not be held liable for:

  • Improper use of the container after delivery

  • Site-related issues (ground stability, permits, zoning restrictions)

  • Indirect or consequential damages

13. Force Majeure

MOOV BOX shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, or governmental actions.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, images, logos, etc.) remains the exclusive property of MOOV BOX and may not be used without prior written consent.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Georgia.
